Hi Reena, Arjun's 3-month methylphenidate review is due next week. Parents have noted good attention at school but some appetite suppression at lunch. His weight is stable though. What's your read from the behavioral side?
Apr 29, 9:14 AMGood to know. From my end, Rohit (ABA) is reporting improved task persistence this month — name response is at 4/5 trials consistently. The ADHD component does seem better managed. I'd support continuing the current dose with a lunch-time snack strategy for the appetite issue.

That's reassuring. I'll note the snack recommendation in the medication review. Should we schedule a joint parent meeting? I think Deepa (mom) would benefit from hearing both perspectives together — she's been anxious about the medication.
Apr 29, 10:02 AMAbsolutely. I have availability May 6 or May 8 in the late afternoon. I'll also pull together the IEP progress summary so we can present a complete picture — not just the medication. It helps parents see the whole child, not just the prescription.

May 6 works for me. I'll send a calendar invite. The methylphenidate dose review is due next week — can we align before the parent meeting?
